• Transformers

  oh yes, I finally caught Transformers yesterday night with my parents. HAHA weird but yes, good family outing I suppose. Dad wore the shirt I bought for him for Father's Day and my heart leapt for joy for that small moment. :)

  My take on Transformers is pretty much the same as what the rest thought: it was really cool in the beginning but when the Autobots and Decepticons started fighting non-stop towards the end, it became too much for my eyes & brain. Overkill of effects, I suppose, is what turned me off. No denying the fact that the animators of the movie were incredibly talented to be able to produce the movie to such great effect, but some times too much of a good thing may produce the exact opposite effect. Anyhow, I'm glad that I took the reviewers' advice before I went for the movie, that is to go without high expectations of the plot.

  Megan Fox was really smokin' in the movie.

  Am looking forward to Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince!
